Mr. Gabriel Wong

Gabriel Wong is a partner with PwC China and he will provide PwC's deep dive analysis and interpretation of the 20th National Congress and its implications for Multinational Companies in China. The speech will include a comprehensive interpretation of key areas companies should be aware of and potentially focus on, such as:

-       An PwC interpretation on the economic strategic plans for the future, for example the modernization of common prosperity.

-       How China is planning to effectively upgrade and appropriately expand China's economic output through 7 different directions, including expanding domestic demand and deepening supply-side structural reform. How can MNCs participate in these areas.

-       How China is planning to further accelerate in practical terms the transition to a model of green development and promote so-called "harmony between humanity and nature"

With 31-years of investment banking and M&A experience, Gabriel is PwC China Inbound/Outbound Leader, and Deals Markets Leader. He heads the PwC Corporate Finance of 100 professionals focusing on equity fund raising for Chinese company and lead advising M&A transaction for both foreign direct investment in China and Chinese outbound investment. Gabriel is also responsible to develop and execute PwC's global cross-border activities for China corporates and B&R strategy by connecting the PwC China firm and the PwC global network across all related industries.
