Chief Client Officer at GloCoachAndré's professional background spans over several industries, including education, financial services, hi-tech and consumer goods. He has over 20 years of working experience in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, across several companies such as EF, HCD Global, PwC, and McKinsey & Co.
Andre is currently working as the CCO at GloCoach, a 1-on-1 online coaching solution platform for leaderhsip development.

Mats Harbon
President at Scania China GroupMr. Mats Harborn has been actively involved in Sino-European trade and business relations since a long time. In 2005, he was appointed as the Chairman of Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China, a position he held for 8 years. He has been the Chairman of ACEA’s (European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association) China Commercial Vehicles Board since 2010.
Mr. Harborn has a proven record of successful introductions of products and companies into China over the years. He is now the Executive Director of Scania’s China Strategic Office, responsible for setting strategies and paving the way for high end CV sales. He joined the company as the Managing Director of Scania’s China Representative office as well as Scania Sales (China) Co., Ltd in 2004 and held that position until 2010. From 1997 to 2000, he had been working for the Swedish Embassy in Beijing as Commerical Councelor, a key position in Sino-Swedish commercial relations. In June 2000, he became the Marketing and Information Director of Ecolean AB, helping establish Ecolean as a credible business partner in the juice and dairy industry and define it as a sustainable packaging solutions provider.
Mr. Harborn received a bachelor’s degree from Lund University on Oriental Studies and Business Admin (1984), and a training course from The Institute of Leadership (IFL) (2008).

Transformation Expert at IKEAYvonne had been worked in reputable international companies for more than 20 years. Most of years worked as HR professional for big consumer brands, such as Danone and retailers, such as Tesco and IKEA. With comprehensive experience covering many HR professional areas, she has dedicated her career to growing business through talents.
David Saudan
Coach, former Nestlé Water China Chairman & President at GloCoachFormer MNC CEO with successful country management and senior sales and marketing experience, both strategic and operational, in the international food & beverages industry. Skilled in Marketing Management, Customer Insight, Business Planning, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), and Consumer Products. Extensive multi cultural work experience. Graduated from University of St. Gallen and IMD Business School.
