Cross-Cultural Communication


Working for a Nordic company, it is essential to understand the Nordic mindset, and its reflection in company culture. At the same time, working at Nordic companies also means to cooperate with colleagues both within China teams and globally. Therefore, building trust and effective relationships are important.


This interactive workshop's objective is to improve intercultural awareness in terms of working in a Nordic company, and strengthen the relationship with key stakeholders in order to improve the quality of your workplace.


The two-hour workshop is based on different methods such as:

  • short lectures and instructions
  • group discussion and interaction
  • simulations and role plays will be used to give you the possibility to reflect on your real situation, getting more awareness in cross-cultural and team collaboration, and take steps forward.


This event is recommended for HR and management level and it is for FBCS and SwedCham members only. There are 20 seats available and we use the first come first served principle.


PRICE: Participation if free for Members


REGISTRATION: Registration is required to confirm a seat. You may register by replying to fbcs@fbcs.fi until Monday, September 02, 2019 or as long as there are seats available. Registration is binding and no-shows will be charged RMB 200 unless cancelled before the end-of-day of the final registration date.
