Shanghai has introduced policies and measures to accelerate work resumption of foreign-funded enterprises. The measures such as renting reduction and exemption were launched to stabilize the economy in the end of May.


However, the applicant enterprises are often subject to the restrictions on the ownership of state-owned property. If the rented office is a non-state-owned enterprise, how to apply reduction or exemption of the rent? In addition, to the well-known rent relief, social security and income tax deferral, are there other beneficial policies?
