In September 2024, China's National People's Congress approved a plan to gradually raise the statutory retirement age starting January 1, 2025. These reforms aim to address the challenges posed by an aging population and to ensure the sustainability of the pension system.

The implementation of China's new retirement policy has brought about significant changes, and our event aims to elaborate on the implementation details of this policy as well as the precautions for rehiring retired employees.

《国务院关于渐进式延迟法定退休年龄的办法》将于2025年1月1日起实施，这一重大改革对于企业人力资源管理影响甚大，其影响不仅仅在简单的退休年龄方面，还包括复杂的社会保险变革、超龄人员用工法律关系重塑、老龄职工招用管理新要求等方面，这些内容都与企业用工管理密切相关，也需要企业积极进行调整和应对。

Cancellation Policy：

Fapiao Issue：

Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder).
