We are relaunching FBCS Working Group events and are delighted to invite all FBCS member companies' HR Professionals to join us for an interactive knowledge sharing afternoon at Kemira Asia.

Adeline Cheong, Director, Human Resources, APAC at Kemira Asia will tell us how Kemira is managing employee performance and development from HR point of view. Adeline will share her insights on which methods, practices, tools and systems Kemira utilizes to ensure effective performance management at all levels of the organization.

After Adeline's presentation, she will introduce Kemira virtual learning platform and give a demo on how the virtual learning works in practice. Afterwards, we will continue with a round table discussion and you will get a chance to share your thoughts, expertise and knowledge with the other attendees and simultaneously, learn from the others. At the end of the session, you can continue networking with other HR Professionals while enjoying cocktails and snacks kindly provided by Kemira.

The HR Working Group events are targeted to FBCS member companies' HR Professionals. We hope you to be willing to actively share your insights on PM and L&D practices, methods and tools to the others to ensure active and beneficial knowledge sharing.

How much does it cost to attend?

HR Working Group events are free of charge to FBCS Members but require prior registration. The events are "For Members Only"and thus, non-members are not entitled to join.
