AGM Reminder

The Finncham Shanghai will organize its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday March 23, 2023 at The Shanghai EDITION Hotel. We hope you will use this great opportunity to influence Finncham, meet with your peers and enjoy a tasty three-course dinner. There will also be an after-covid economic review by our member SEB.
Please note that the meeting is for members only and that registration is required. Unannounced walk-ins will not be allowed. Please register for the AGM before the end of business of Monday, March 20, 2021 by sending a message to finnchamsh@finncamsh.org or registering through the ticket link provided here. When registering, please select the correct ticket type to indicate if you will participate in the dinner.
The dinner space is limited and will be allocated first reserved, first served basis.

Pricing
Annual General Meeting is for members only and free of cost. Networking drinks and dinner is available for the price of RMB 450,- including a 3-course meal with wine or soft drinks. Please register using either of the ticket options

Representation
Although more than one representative from each member company is welcome to attend, each corporate member is entitled one single voting right during the AGM. Please indicate who from your organization will participate and use your voting right. If no one from your organization is able to participate, you can designate a third party to present you via a proxy.
