Environmental, Social and Governance related issues are increasingly critical for businesses; a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, banks, regulators, business partners and employees are increasingly demanding companies to adopt a transparent ESG agenda. As a result, ESG is becoming an integral part of business and investment strategies without which further growth is impossible.

Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Nordea
Nilsson Billme is leading the Group wide strategic work for Diversity & Inclusion at Nordea. She has a broad and long-time experience within the field from various organisations, industries and countries. She is the author of several training programs within the area and co-founder of Diversity Charter Sweden, a non-profit corporate network for equality and diversity which is part of an EU wide platform that currently includes 26 countries with 12,000 signatories. She has worked at Nordea since 2016.
