ABOUT CBAM
CBAM, in effect since October 1st, 2023, requires EU importers to report emissions embedded in certain goods, including steel, iron, aluminum, fertilizer, and hydrogen products. By 2026, importers must surrender CBAM certificates corresponding to reported emissions, potentially affecting trade between China and Europe.

关于CBAM
自2023年10月1日起，欧盟的碳边境调整机制（CBAM）要求欧盟进口商报告加入在某些商品中的碳排放，包括钢铁、铁、铝、化肥和氢产品。到2026年，进口商必须交出与报告的排放相对应的CBAM证书，这可能影响中国与欧洲之间的贸易。

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than three business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.
Fapiao (VAT Invoice)
Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder). If the fapiao can not be received, please provide an alternative email or contact fang.sunjie@finnchamsh.org

HEIDI BERG
Sustainability and ESG Director of DI-Asia Base
Heidi has experience from working with Norwegian international businesses for fourteen years: In the public investment fund Norfund, later in Telenor Asia (in India, Bangladesh and Thailand) and for the last six years in various roles connecting Norway to China. Over the last couple of years Heidi has become a well-known capacity on ESG and sustainability in the international business community in Shanghai, delivering training and education as well as keynote speeches at events. Heidi is a keen student both of Chinese language, politics and economics, and has a strong network among academia and experts. She holds a Masters of International Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen (NHH).
MORTEN HØJBERG
Environmental Economist, Danish Energy Agency
For the past 3 years I have been actively involved with the administration and policy development of the EU’s Emissions Trading System (ETS) and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). Currently I oversee the technical implementation of CBAM in Denmark including communication and policy efforts between the European Commission and the Danish Competent Authority (Danish Energy Agency) as well as system development and administration for the CBAM reporting. I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Environmental and Resource Management.
My current roles include:
· EU appointed National Project Manager for CBAM
· Project lead on the technical implementation of CBAM in DK
· Lead systems administrator for the CBAM registry in DK
· Member of the European Commission’s CBAM Committee and the CBAM expert group
