Coaching skills are the methods and models to help people realize his/her own potential and use all of his/her resources to achieve his/her life goals efficiently.

Coaching skills help achieving effective communication in any situation, so that practical psychology can be applied in management, marketing, team leadership, corporate culture and other aspects.

In this workshop we are going to cover couple of effective coaching tools, which you can use in your daily work immediately, for example, how to set yearly target with your subordinates, how to communicate in perform management, how to inspire team spirts, how to support your subordinate to plan their career path, etc.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Grace Liu

Grace has worked across the public institutions, facilities management, engineering and consulting, cleantech solution industries for 20 years, in startups as well as multinationals, in broadcaster, HR, Administration, Finance management, Operations, as well as general management leadership roles. She got interested in coaching 4 years ago and has been learning and practicing since then. She was leading FBCS HR Networks from the first beginning till the end of 2017.

Grace is a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Certified SHRM-SCP® (SHRM SENIOR CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL), SPHR® (Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification), Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Education, Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Education, Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coaching.
