Chinese employees spend approximately 45 hours every week in an office space.

Work stress, take-away food in plastic boxes and bottled water are all factors that can contribute negative to the well-being of both people and our planet. Workplace sustainability goes far beyond switching light bulbs and turning down the thermostat. A sustainable office space has both environmental and social dimensions.

Given that great deal of time spent at the office, workplace sustainability and wellness are becoming prioritized topic for many companies. Organizations are expected to confront these challenges – but how?

SwedCham has invited the members of FBCS to an event that bring together professionals and experts to deliver hands-on experience that will maximize work life well-being from three approaches; waste reduction, smarting recycling and mental health. This event is highlighted with an on-site tour around EF's beautiful and innovative workspace in Shanghai from which you can draw inspiration of how to build a life hacking office.
