In the midst of a pandemic, WHO is calling for urgent actions needed to keep humans and the planet healthy, as well as to enhance the well-being of future societies. The pandemic has accelerated the digitalization (e-services) in healthcare industry since many patients are unable to visit the hospital during lockdowns, and underlined the importance of mental resilience for employees and individuals.

During the recent area lockdown in Shanghai, healthcare institutions have launched various online consultations and counselling services to serve the public. Will the ongoing lockdown foster the trend of e-services for the players in the healthcare institutions? Will counselling and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) be in a larger demand, given that COVID prevention policies have severely impacted one's daily life and work?

Join our webinar to explore the future trends in the field of healthcare and well-being for individuals and business under the 3rd year of pandemic.
