We are happy to invite you to our first offline event tohether with SwedCham.

China remains one of the key markets for many Nordic companies. And since China's opening up, the market conditions for companies operating in China have shifted largely from a global sourcing hub towards catering for domestic clients.

Joint ventures have been important for facilitating Nordic companies' expansion in China, but as the market has matured, so have the alternatives available for companies to grow in China. This panel discussion brings together experts from the corporate, legal and investment banking areas to discuss these alternatives, key market drivers and how Nordic companies can push for inorganic growth in China.

The experts will share lessons learnt from M&A projects in China and how to overcome transparency issues, negotiating with local business owners and how to successfully integrate operations between different cultures. The panel will be moderated by Nordic Match Associate Klaus Björkgren, and the panelists include Wärtsilä Managing Director Jonny Nylund, DLA Piper Shanghai Partner Stewart Wang, and Nordic Match Partner Tony Wang.

Please notice that we have a limited number of seats and we will use the first come, first served principle.
