The Secret Behind Maersk's Success:

Business Excellence Program and Operating System

New Operating System for Manufacturing

Maersk Academy and Implement Consulting Group have for several years developed and executed a new Business Excellence Program for an new future.

The fact that Change Management hasn't really changed the last 15-20 years have led to significant new knowledge which has now been incorporated in Maersk Line and at some of the terminals.

Maersk Line has achieved far bigger savings than expected. The terminals first implemented the Business Excellence Program and Operating System and are now all breaking their previous records. Only a few days ago one of the terminals achieved "The most loaded containers ever in one port call".

OSA has been support consultants for Implement and Maersk on terminals in India and Oman for the last 10 months, implementing the program and building the system locally.
