    Michael Hickman

    Principal at Control Risks

    Michael is a Principal in Control Risks’ Integrity Risk Consulting practice for the Greater China and North Asia region. He is responsible for projects involving complex problem solving, risk management, compliance and ethics, and training. A member of the bar in New York, and fluent in Chinese, Michael has been working in China and throughout Asia since the 1980s. His international law practice covered compliance matters, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption matters and regulatory investigations, complex cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments and foreign direct investment, all involving full use of bilingual and bicultural skills.
