Two Interesting Updates; Optimising Business and Financial Tax and IPR Strategies

This time we will have two separate topics. Main training will be Focus on Business and Financial Tax for Foreign Companies Throught the Company Lifecycle. This discussion will be in Chinese.

The training will cover:
1. Process of foreign companies setting up in Shanghai
2. The notices in the process of establishment, change and cancellation
3. The latest fiscal and tax policies.

We also have an English-language update named Owning a trademark in China - Strategy to success by a Finnish IPR (Intellectual Property Right) expert coming over from Kolster Finland.
