王文斌（Wesley WANG）负责维美德在大中华区的法务、知识产权以及合规业务，包括商务合同、公司治理、仲裁、诉讼、反腐败、贸易合规、及知识产权事务等。王文斌同时也是维美德在中国设立的六家全资子公司的董事或监事。在维美德以前，王文斌是美卓中国区总法律顾问(维美德于2013年1月从美卓公司分拆出来)。

Mr. Wesley Wang leads Valmet’s legal and IP team in China. He is responsible for the company´s legal, compliance and IP matters in Greater China Region including commercial contracts, corporate governance, arbitration & litigation, anti-corruption & trade compliance, IP & IP prosecution, etc.

Wesley is also sitting on the Board or the Supervisor of six Valmet invested companies in China. Prior to Valmet, Wesley was Chief Legal Counsel of Metso in China (Valmet was demerged from Metso in January 2013).
