Mr. Wesley Wang leads Valmet’s legal and IP team in China. He is responsible for the company´s legal, compliance and IP matters in Greater China Region including commercial contracts, corporate governance, arbitration & litigation, anti-corruption & trade compliance, IP & IP prosecution, etc.
Wesley is also sitting on the Board or the Supervisor of six Valmet invested companies in China. Prior to Valmet, Wesley was Chief Legal Counsel of Metso in China (Valmet was demerged from Metso in January 2013).
