Payment by installment is very popular and frequently adopted by the seller and the buyer in today's commercial practice. Despite of this, the risk of debt collection derived from this payment term model has always been the headache problem for most of the sellers.

To avoid bad debt, the current law allows the arrangement of "Retention of Title" by the seller and the buyer. "Retention of Title" refers to the title of goods belonging to the seller until the buyer has made a full payment. In this way, the seller may avoid the occurrence of losing both goods and money to the maximum extent.

In this seminar, Erex Chen will explain and analyze the topic of "Retention of Title" in details, and guide you how to realize the retention of title in an effective way.
