Invitation to attend the FinnCham China - Shanghai Annual General Meeting and Dinner

The FinnCham China - Shanghai will organize its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday March 27, 2025 at Artyzen Hotel. We hope you will use this great opportunity to influence FinnCham, meet with your peers and enjoy a tasty three-course dinner.

Please note that the meeting is for members only and that registration is required. Unannounced walk-ins will not be allowed. Please register for the AGM before the end of business of Wednesday, March 27th, 2025 by sending a message to finnchamsh@finncamsh.org or registering through the ticket link provided here. When registering, please select the correct ticket type to indicate if you will participate in the dinner.

The dinner space is limited and will be allocated first reserved, first served basis.

Note: If you have difficulties in registering your attendance and you receive MEMBERS ONLY -notification and you are belonging to a MEMBER -organization, please inform us ASAP.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than three business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.

Fapiao Issue

Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder).

Please note that FinnCham will take photographs from the event and might post these on its public webpage and or social media platforms in order to create awareness of its events. By attending this event you consent to FinnCham Shanghai taking and using photographs of you as described above. Please contact: fang.sunjie@finnchamsh.org if you don't want to appear in the pictures or any other inquiries related to this matter. Meanwhile, commercial reprinting of these photos require written consent from the FinnCham Shanghai.
