How to attract and retain people in a Finnish company in China?

The people turnover has been slowing down a bit in the last years but many organisations are still struggling to get the right people aboard and to keep them happy. Compensation aside, what are the measures the Finnish companies can take to sell themselves better as employers? What measures can be taken to keep the key people satisfied and performing? This is a best practices session to discuss these crucial HR issues in many of our member companies.

After Mikko Salmilahti's presentation and a Q&A session we have reserved some time to discuss upcoming events for the HR Group. Our members' thoughts and ideas are important for us and we would very much like to hear which topics you want us to bring up during the fall.
